2. Once we review your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.

3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe regarding your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

4. If approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund using your original payment method.
